· Exceptional Ductility and Flexibility

Through high-temperature annealing (controlled atmosphere at approximately 900–1000°C), internal stresses from cold drawing are effectively eliminated. This delivers superior plasticity with elongation ≥12%. The wire can be twisted, bent, and knotted multiple times without breaking, significantly reducing breakage rates and operator fatigue on site.

· Uniform Black Oxide Surface

A consistent and stable black oxide layer (Fe₃O₄/Fe₂O₃) forms on the surface during annealing. This provides natural short-term rust protection and increases friction grip for more secure knots and bindings. A light oil coating can be applied upon request to further enhance handling and corrosion resistance.

· Balanced Tensile Strength

Tensile strength is precisely controlled between 350–550 N/mm². This optimal balance ensures sufficient load-bearing capacity while maintaining excellent softness, making it suitable for both manual tying and high-speed automatic balers.

· Precise Diameter and Wide Size Range

Diameter ranges from 0.5 mm to 5.0 mm (standard gauges: 8# to 16#). Tight diameter tolerance and smooth surface with minimal defects allow the wire to meet requirements from fine craftwork to heavy-duty construction applications.

Without additional galvanizing processes, production is highly efficient, resulting in a more economical solution compared to coated wires. It is particularly suitable for projects where extreme corrosion resistance is not required but softness and affordability are critical.
