Stage 1: First Layer Winding (0.9 mm wire)
Start by firmly fixing the 0.9 mm wire onto the initial tube of the row. The wire is then continuously wound along the structure in a set direction, forming a complete layer. At the end point, the wire is reversed and returned along the same path to ensure full and continuous multi-layer coverage without cutting.
Stage 2: Secondary Layer Winding (0.8 mm wire)
Secure the 0.8 mm wire at the starting point and repeat the same winding method as the first stage. Maintain consistent tension throughout the process, ensuring the wire is tightly applied and properly locked at the termination point.
Stage 3: Reinforcement Layer Winding (0.6 mm wire)
Apply the 0.6 mm wire using the same continuous winding technique, ensuring uniform spacing and stable tension. This stage strengthens the overall structure and improves mesh integrity.
Stage 4: Final Layer Finishing (0.5 mm wire)
Complete the installation with 0.5 mm wire as the outer finishing layer. The final winding ensures even coverage across the entire structure, enhancing stability, uniformity, and overall durability of the mesh system.
